EPReporter™

EPReporter allows users to prepare and print out customized EtaPRO reports using Microsoft Excel®. GP, as well as the customer's System Administrator, can set up EPReporter to e-mail pre-configured reports on a regular schedule as requested by the customer's management.

EPReporter allows you to create your report templates in Microsoft Excel and then schedule them to generate automatically at a date and time of your choosing. You can print your reports to a file or printer, or send them to an e-mail address for paperless information distribution.

Your reports can utilize all the features found in Excel such as formatting, custom calculations, add-ins, pictures, and graphs. All reports are delivered to their destination in Excel format for easy viewing and manipulation. EPReporter can be used for a wide range of reports including automatic daily results reports, on-demand test logs, and month-end reports.

EPAlert™

EPAlert automatically e-mails alerts when plant status changes (unit trips, start-ups, full load achieved, etc.) via cell phones, PDA's, IPAQ's, Blackberry, etc.

Electronic Operations Log

The Electronic Operations Log entries for the time frame being viewed are immediately available with a single button click, making diagnosis of equipment and process problems easier than ever. EtaPRO can provide assistance to operators and engineers in diagnosing and resolving "off-target" performance.

EtaPRO's Electronic Operations Log can replace traditional paper-based systems. Plant operators can store time-stamped text entries describing important events into a central database. Log entries may be viewed in the context of process trends using the Historical Trend Recovery Tool. This allows deviations in performance to be cross-referenced to specific events such as equipment trips, startups and abnormal behaviors. The Operations Log may also be used to enter routine manual readings and easily archive them to the historian where they are available for automatic daily reports.
