Registration Process
Please complete our online registration form or our printable / faxable form (149KB PDF) to begin the registration process. If you do not already have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you can download it for free from the Adobe web site by clicking on the button above.
Conference Rates
- Discovery Pass: 1-Day Conference Pass $395
- Performance Pass: 1-Day Conference Pass + 1 Day of Training (laptop rental for training included) $575
- Ultimate Pass: 1-Day Conference Pass + 1.5 Days of Training (laptop rental for training included) $675

Conference Registration Details
The Discovery Pass registration fee includes:
- Electronic copy of all presentations
- Attendee contact list
- Breakfast and lunch
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
- Customer Appreciation Dinner at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort (must be 21 years of age; dress is casual)
The Performance Pass and Ultimate Pass registrations include the above, plus one or one and a half days of hands-on training, respectively. Use of a laptop during the training sessions is included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refund requests for individuals unable to attend the conference must be requested in writing and received before September 4. Because of conference overhead costs, refunds of registration fees will not be made after this date. No-shows will not be refunded.
